These Terms & Conditions apply to all accommodation reservations and stays at O’Two Hotels.By making a reservation, checking in or staying at the hotel, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
Rates include VAT at the prevailing statutory rate unless otherwise stated.
Rates are quoted per room, per night.
Rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until a reservation has been confirmed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise or charge the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation.

Changes to reservations are subject to availability and applicable rate differences.
Reservations made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) must be amended through the original booking platform.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Only registered guests may occupy the room.
Maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse additional occupants who exceed the permitted room capacity.
Children under the age of 12 years must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on the hotel premises. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety, behaviour and wellbeing of their children. The hotel accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage resulting from inadequate supervision. Additional bedding or cots are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Room occupancy limits apply.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner.

O’Two Hotels is a non-smoking hotel except in designated smoking areas.
Smoking in guest rooms or non-designated areas may result in a deep-cleaning fee and any associated damages being charged to the guest.
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.
The hotel reserves the right to recover reasonable repair, replacement or cleaning costs from the registered guest.
Parking & Valet is provided subject to availability.
Vehicles and their contents remain at the owner’s risk.
The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where prevented by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures, pandemics or civil unrest.
Guest information is collected and processed for reservation, operational and legal purposes in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
